"Rotana for me is an old friendship that is more than a quarter of a century old", this is what the star singer, composer and music arranger Hamid Al-Sha'ari announced when he was signing his contract to join "Rotana Music Group", adding: "Today, I return to my Rotana home to reminisce about the sweet successes I have achieved with the blessing of my brother and friend, Salem Al Hendi, Chairman and CEO of the Group, and the good knowledge of all the brothers in the various departments of the company".

Hamid Al-Shaari, who is  considered one of the artistic names that had a special imprint on the song and contributed significantly to the musical transformation  to what suits the changes of the era to get closer to the taste of the current generation even his melodies and arrangements dominated for a large period by the voices of its singers on the musical scene, forming a special school. Everyone who listened to its music realized that it was signed by Hamid Al Shaeri and put in his imagination as he returned to Rotana the successes of the past to answer the most important question: returning to Rotana, what singing plan will you play? Declaring: "You will see me in Hamid's style that I was known for with some developments, because my goal is to gain a new audience.. It is the audience that was born almost 20 years after me and has great enthusiasm and reminds us of the days of passionate youth to renew what I will present with Rotana in the coming period".

And about what does he hope to present with Rotana Music Group? He says: "Rotana and I will regain our old splendor through new styles.. I have spoken with my beloved brother Osama Rushdie in the group and we agreed on a two-year work plan in which I present songs in different forms, especially in light of the emergence of many poets, composers and young distributors, I hope the new generation likes it." Hamid Al Shaeri's first contract with Rotana is the song "Da Begad", about which he says: "It carries the style of the eighties with a modern flavor... to be a summer gift from every listener to their beloved."

In conclusion, Hamid Al-Sha'ari addresses a message to his audience, saying: "I hope through the song "Da Begad" and the subsequent work with Rotana, that they will be satisfied with me, and gain a new audience, especially since music is my world, as I have nothing to do in life except music and I do not understand anything else."
