Job Responsibilities:

•YouTube CMS & Channel Management

•Channel Management.

•Responsible for making sure that all linked channels follow YouTube’s content policies and guidelines.

•CMS and Analytics Basic.

•Rights management in CMS / Meta.

•Manage the Content conflict.

•Monitor content performance metrics and adjust content plans as needed to optimize engagement and viewership.

•Editing and optimizing videos for search and discovery on YouTube.

•Create detailed content calendars and schedules for the YouTube channel, ensuring a consistent and timely release of content.

•Communication and coordination internally.

•Support the rest of the team with technical training.

Job Requirements:

•1-2 years of experience in the same role.

•Very good command of English.

•YouTube Certified and Updated.

•Excellent understanding of CMS Tricks and techniques to manage the content well.

•Collaborate with rights holders to resolve copyright issues.

•Deep understanding of music publishing rights.

•Deep understanding of copyrights rules to avoid strikes.

•Stay updated with YouTube's policies and guidelines regarding copyright and community standards.

•Very Good with Microsoft Excel.

•Very good communication and soft skills.

•Attention to detail.

•Very good organizational and time-management skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven.
