
•Perform operational tasks related to music service delivery in all digital platforms.
•Coordinate with social media, YouTube CMS, digital media content ingestion and delivery.
•Participate in testing and evaluation of new features in Digital Assert Management and monetization programs.
•Demonstrated experience and a passion for the social technology universe (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Flickr, blogs, G+, LinkedIn, wikis, RSS, social bookmarking, discussion forums and community software).
•Ensure timely delivery of content batches to the different clients according to the delivery plan.
•Solve assigned content delivery incidents on time, document the solution, and conduct preventive actions if any to avoid service disruption.
•Responsible for operation process optimization for digital channels including YouTube, Digital Media, Social Media and other optimization platforms.
•Should solve daily music operation related issues.
•Provide any recommendation to improve quality of service, increase customer satisfaction, and / or reduce costs.
•Proficient in managing and integrating APIs to enhance content delivery process.
