Job Summary

Job Overview:

•Support Business Development team in(Partnerships / Strategic Alliance) activities for the company. Primary responsibilities include the development of Commercial, activities, and Strategic Alliance Agreements and then acting as a primary point of contact for post-deal oversight.

•Identify, research, and develop future business development opportunities

•Source new partnering opportunities to advance goals and bring them forward to business leaders to ensure alignment

•Co-lead pre-deal activities including identifying opportunities, negotiating term sheet, developing business cases, preparing presentations on the opportunity for executive leadership and coordinating with legal and other departments on closing of the opportunity.

•Will act as a key business contact for post-deal management including resolving contractual issues, managing and negotiating any amendments and preparing post-deal reporting to the executive team.

•Work on day to day partnering with the Executive Manager of Business Development from deal creation through ongoing relationship.

Required Qualifications

•Degree in business management or a related field preferred.

•Previous experience in similar role not less than 5 years.

•Experience with big consultancy organizations is highly preferred
